Kulusevski started his career at IF Brommapojkarna in his native Stockholm but has been in Italy since 2016.
He was purchased as a teenager by Atalanta before Juve purchased him for a supposed fee of up to €44 million in January 2020. That was in the middle of a loan spell at Parma where he registered 10 goals and nine assists in total that season
At Juventus, Kulusevski has scored eight games in 61 appearances.
The 21-year-old also a regular for Sweden, having bagged one goal in 20 caps and was part of their squad at Euro 2020.

Kulusevski has been a bit-part player for Massimiliano Allegri's side this season.
Despite them sitting a disappointing fifth in Serie A, he's made only six starts.
Sky Sport Italia claim that Everton and Arsenal are both interested in signing the Stockholm-born forward if he is available.
Meanwhile, Tottenham have also been linked with a potential swoop.
Will Dejan Kulusevski join Everton?
He'd certainly bolster Rafa Benitez's attacking options.

Gray, in particular, has made an outstanding impact since his arrival from Bayer Leverkusen for just £1.7 million.
Benitez will want additional quality in the wide areas, though. Alex Iwobi struggling for form and Anthony Gordon is still only 20 despite the impressive progress he's made.
However, Juventus could be reluctant to allow Kulusevski to depart given Covid cases are also spiking in Italy.
